1.Acceptance of these terms

By using bdhstreams.com, creating an account, or buying any plan, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

These terms apply to every visitor, member, and buyer. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may accept these terms for that company.

2.Who we are

BDH Streams is a service operated by BDH Collective Inc. When these terms say “we”, “us”, or “our”, they mean BDH Collective Inc. The service is available in English at bdhstreams.com, in French at bdhstreams.com/fr/, and in Spanish at bdhstreams.com/es/.

3.Eligibility and your account

You need a valid account to buy a plan or to watch paid content. You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.

You are responsible for your login. Keep your password private and do not share your account. You are responsible for everything that happens under your login, so tell us through our contact page if you think someone else has used it.

4.Memberships and pricing

We keep our plans simple and we state the price honestly. The plans are:

• Discover is free. It includes our podcasts, the first episode of every show, and all trailers.
• Creator is $2.99 per month. It adds behind the scenes content, interviews, production diaries, and early trailers.
• Own It is $10.99 per show, one time. You buy a full show once and keep it for life.
• Everything is a one time lifetime price. It starts at $29.99 and rises when we release a new show, up to a maximum of $69.99. This rise is real and not a sales trick. Buy early and you pay less.

Prices are shown in the currency stated at checkout and do not include any taxes that may apply.

5.Billing and payment

Payments are handled by PayPal and Stripe. We do not store your full card details on our own servers. By buying a plan, you agree to the terms of the payment provider you choose.

Creator renews every month until you cancel it. Own It and Everything are one time purchases, so there is nothing to renew. You authorise the payment provider to charge the amount shown at checkout.

6.Price changes

The lifetime Everything price rises only when we release a new show. When it rises, we state the real new number on the site. We do not use fake countdowns or hidden fees.

Any price change applies to new purchases made after the change. It does not change the price of a one time purchase you have already made.

7.Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel a recurring plan at any time. When you cancel, your access stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that.

Because this is digital content delivered to you right away, purchases are final unless the law requires otherwise. If something is wrong with your purchase, please reach out through our contact page and we will look into it.

8.Your licence to watch

When you buy or unlock content, we give you a personal, non commercial, and non transferable right to stream that content for your own use.

You may not download, copy, record, share, sell, or rebroadcast the content. Our players are locked to bdhstreams.com, so the content is meant to be watched on our site only.

9.Acceptable use

Please use the service fairly and lawfully. You agree that you will not:

• Get around, disable, or interfere with any security or access control.
• Use bots, scrapers, or other tools to copy or capture the content.
• Share your login so that others can watch paid content for free.
• Upload harmful code or try to disrupt the service for other people.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that breaks these terms.

10.Our content and intellectual property

All shows, podcasts, video, audio, text, logos, and design on the service are owned by BDH Collective Inc. or its licensors. They are protected by copyright and other laws.

Buying a plan gives you the right to watch, as set out above. It does not transfer any ownership or other rights to you.

11.Third party links and services

The service may link to sites or tools that we do not control, such as our payment providers. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

When you use a third party service, its own terms and privacy rules apply. Please review them before you use it.

12.Disclaimers

The service is provided as is and as available. We work hard to keep it running well, but we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted, error free, or free of delays.

To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind about the service, whether stated or implied.

13.Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, BDH Collective Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss that results from your use of the service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event that caused the claim.

14.Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, misuse the service, or use it in a way that harms other people or the platform.

You may stop using the service at any time. If your access ends because you broke these terms, you may lose access to content without a refund, to the extent the law allows.

15.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws that apply where BDH Collective Inc. is established. Any dispute about these terms or the service will be handled by the courts of that place, unless the law gives you a right to another venue.

16.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
